Hi, I'm Stacey Stambaugh, Broker Associate and Team Lead of The Savvy Group at Compass in Denver, Colorado. My connection to this city runs deep – I'm a third-generation Colorado native, and frankly, I've never lived more than a 10-mile radius from Denver! My journey in real estate began in 2006, armed with a degree in real estate and marketing, which gave me a clear vision of how I wanted to serve clients long before I became a realtor.

You might know me as Savvy Stacy, but there's more to my story. I'm a single mom to two energetic boys, Everett (8) and Harrison (7). My family is my everything – my biggest cheerleaders, my essential support system, and the heart of my Denver life. The community and family feeling here, nurtured by big family events and holidays, has always been profoundly important to me, and it's why I've never felt the urge to leave. That same dedication to family and community drives how I work with every client.
